The often long and slow moving lunch lines in the cafeteria was brought to the attention of the Student Government about a month ago from students. Looking into the matter, we were able to reach a compromise with the administration. There is now an express lunch line on the Southwest side of the cafeteria that only serves sandwiches. Since it only takes one kitchen staff member to manage the line, this express lunch line moves extremely fast, eliminating the problem of a long line. All students are eligible to use this lunch line granted they have money in their account (unless you have free lunch.) Bon appetit!
Congratulations to the Brooklyn Tech Team for winning the free Kite Runner Movie preview! Over 200 Tech students joined the Kite Runner’s Brooklyn Tech Team, making us the winner of a free Kite Runner’s Movie Preview! The screening will be this coming Tuesday in the UA Court Street Stadium 12 theater located at 108 Court St. in Brooklyn, NY. Only the students on the mailing list will be let into the movie theater for free. Congratulations once and again and enjoy the movie!
